SWDB series pendulum stabilizer is primarily used in the pelletizing section of feed mills. It allows pellets emerging from the pelletizer at temperatures as high as 70–90°C to be held in the stabilizing cylinder for a period of time, facilitating further maturation. This process ensures high-quality feed and improves the utilization rate of the pellets.
1.The swing type turning plate discharge mechanism controlled by the flexible hydraulic transmission system has smooth discharge,adjustab discharge flow and speed,and uniform discharge volume;
2.The heat preservation box adopts jacket heat preservation,the heat preservation effect is outstanding,and the material is heated uniformly
3.The material contact part is made of stainless steel,which has good corrosion resistance;
4.The anti-rotation level device controls the discharge of materials,which is reliable and safe;
