TDTG series bucket elevator can be used for the vertical transportation of pellets, powder and bulk materials. It is widely used in feed mill plants, food plants, chemical plants, construction materials, grain storage and ports.
1.Multiple lifting types (belt-type, loop chain-type, plate chain-type) to match different material characteristics;
2. Bucket materials available in plastic, nylon, and metal, adaptable to various material properties;
3. Adopts internationally advanced reducer and hydraulic coupling transmission technology;
4. Split-type head structure for easy maintenance and inspection;
5. Equipped with belt deviation alarm function on the head;
6. Equipped with explosion relief device on the head;
7. Tail features an adjustable arc-shaped self-cleaning structure with minimal residue;
8. Quick-opening access door installed at the tail for easy cleaning;
9. Equipped with stall alarm function on the tail;
10. Barrel is fitted with ventilation devices to release air pressure;
11. Chain drive and direct drive options available to meet different production scenarios;
12. Optional feeding methods to satisfy diverse production requirements.
