SFJZ Vibrating Grading Sieve is mainly used for screening and grading of powder and granular feed in feed mill, and also can be used for the primary clearing of raw and auxiliary materials in feed mill and the grading of intermediate products after secondary crushing. In addition, it can also be widely used for screening and grading of raw materials and finished products in many industries such as grain, food, chemical, sugar, mining, paper making and so on. The machine is so versatile that it can also be used for the final re-screening of finished products to ensure smooth operation flow.
This machine adopts the principle of vibrating screen, through reasonable loft and mesh aperture sieve, sieve surface and angle adjustable, using the chain to clean the screen surface to strengthen screening, grading to guarantee results.
Use the vibrating screen surface to classify the mixture with different particle sizes according to the particle size.
The drive of the screen body adopts the vibration motor vibration mode, so that the screen body produces a certain amplitude and vibration frequency, the screening effect is better, and the volume is small, and the movement is smooth.
According to the need, it can be equipped with 2-deck sieve and 3-deck sieve for grading or sieving of different materials.
