This product is mainly used in the grain industry to separate ferrous impurities from granular and powdery materials such as wheat, corn, soybeans, and rapeseed. It can also be applied in hardware and mining plants to separate ferrous impurities from granular and powdery materials like activated carbon, coal powder, mica, and glass beads. Additionally, it is suitable for the chemical and other industries to separate ferrous impurities from dry powdery and granular materials.
The magnetic core of this machine is composed of neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) strong magnets and ferrite hard magnets. The NdFeB strong magnets use the recently developed N45 high magnetic field strength material, achieving a magnetic field strength of over 3000 Gauss on the drum surface. The combined magnetic field provides a longer effective magnetic distance and a long service life.
