Molasses has high viscosity, is prone to wall sticking, scorching, and clogging, placing extremely high demands on process temperature control, spraying / coating systems, and piping design.

Section Description: This section is a necessary process in the production line to ensure feed cleanliness and protect the main equipment in subsequent processes (e.g., crushers and pellet mills).

Cleaning Standards: Impurity removal rate in raw materials ≥99%; magnetic separator field strength ≥4000GS, iron removal rate ≥99%.

Common Equipment: Powder cleaning screen, granular cleaning screen, permanent magnetic drum (iron removal)

Landuohu Group additionally provides: The raw material cleaning section is equipped with an internal circulation specific gravity separation light impurity system, which efficiently separates light impurities while significantly reducing dust emissions, achieving energy conservation and environmental protection.

GRINDING PROCESS

Section Composition: The grinding section is a critical process in the feed production line. A complete system consisting of an impeller feeder, hammer mill, pulse dust collector, fan, silencer, settling chamber and air‑lock screw conveyor is required to give full play to the working efficiency of the hammer mill.

Process Steps:

1. The impeller feeder feeds materials into the hammer mill and distributes them evenly across each hammer blade. The hammer blades strike the materials uniformly to achieve comminution, which also ensures even wear of the hammer blades.

2. The fan induces airflow to create negative pressure inside the mill chamber for higher grinding efficiency. Dust is collected by the pulse dust collector to prevent dust leakage.

3. The air‑lock screw conveyor transports ground materials to the subsequent process. Equipped with an air lock device, it prevents air cross‑flow.

4. A silencer is installed at the fan outlet to reduce operational noise of the fan.

5. High‑power hammer mills can adopt soft start and automatic load control to enable full‑load operation of the system.

Mixing and customized molasses addition system: To meet the requirements of high‑proportion molasses inclusion, a high‑precision flow‑metering molasses addition system is configured. It features water‑bath temperature maintenance and precise temperature control to enhance fluidity and prevent scorching. A direct‑injection process through the conditioner is adopted, simplifying the process flow and reducing the risk of wall sticking in the piping.

The batching and mixing section system is a critical section of the feed production line. Batching accuracy and mixing homogeneity have a direct impact on feed quality. Engineers at Yuda Machinery adopt optimized process design to strictly guarantee quality requirements. Its features are as follows:

1. Variable‑frequency control is applied to material discharge from all silos to realize fast and slow feeding of the screw conveyors.

2. Calculation of material falling in the air from screw conveyors to weighing hoppers.

3. Airflow relief generated during screw conveying, weighing hopper discharging and mixer discharging processes.

4. Adoption of top‑grade industrial personal computers and advanced batching software.

5. Manufactured from 4 mm carbon steel plate with circular weighing hopper structure and a cone angle ≥ 63°.
